The committee will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 3 working days, confirming that the matter has been formally registered for review.
The committee will examine the grievance, gather necessary information, and if required, invite the complainant to provide additional details or clarification.
The committee will communicate the final decision to the complainant within 15 working days from the date of grievance submission. All proceedings are handled with strict confidentiality.
